Agentic AI Systems

Whole processes, carried end to end.

Agents that carry a multi-step process end to end and close the loop.

The challenge

Somewhere in your operation there is a process everyone knows by heart and nobody can take a day off from: the request comes in, someone checks three systems, someone drafts the response, someone updates the record, someone follows up. Each step is small. The chain is a full-time job.

Left alone, that chain sets your ceiling. Volume grows, the chain does not, and the person running it becomes the one employee you cannot lose and cannot promote.

What we deliver

An agent that owns the process, not a step of it

It receives the trigger, gathers what it needs from your systems, does the work, writes the result back, and notifies a person only when a decision genuinely needs one.

Escalation rules you write

Every engagement defines what the agent may finish on its own and what it must hand to a human. The boundary is explicit, logged, and yours to move.

A full activity log

Every action the agent takes is recorded with what it saw and why it acted. When a result looks wrong, you can replay the reasoning rather than guess at it.

Production plumbing

Retries, rate limits, failure alerts and a kill switch. An agent without operational controls is a demo, and demos do not survive Mondays.

Integration with your systems

The system works inside the technology you already run. These are the classes of system it connects with; the named list for your exact stack is confirmed in the scoping document.

Connects with

  • Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Enterprise resource planning (ERP)
  • Email and calendars
  • Helpdesk and ticketing
  • Databases and internal tools
  • Document storage

Case studies

Our case studies are published on the VSI Technologies site, where every figure carries its source, period and method of calculation.

Implementation timeline

Four weeks from scoping to production, including what we need from you at each step.

  1. 01Week 1

    Scope

We map the process, the volumes and the systems it touches, then fix the price and the boundary of what the system may do on its own.

You provide: An hour with the person who owns the process, and a list of the systems involved.

  2. 02Week 2

    Build

The system is built against your real data in a staging environment, connected to copies or sandboxes of your systems.

You provide: Sample records and one person empowered to answer questions inside a day.

  3. 03Week 3

    Prove

It runs alongside the manual process. We compare outputs, tune the exceptions, and review the log together.

You provide: Feedback on the exceptions the log surfaces.

  4. 04Week 4

    Ship

Production cutover with monitoring, alerting and the kill switch live, plus handover training for your team.

You provide: The go decision, made on the evidence from week three.

Frequently asked questions

What stops it from doing something wrong on its own?
The permission boundary is written down before the agent touches anything. Actions inside it are logged; actions outside it are routed to a person. You start with the boundary tight and widen it as the log earns your confidence.
Our process has exceptions the team handles by judgment. Can it cope?
Exceptions are where agentic systems earn their keep or fail honestly. In the build we map the exceptions with your team, automate the ones with rules behind the judgment, and route the rest to a person with the context already assembled.
What happens when it breaks at 2 a.m.?
The system fails toward humans: unfinished work queues for people instead of disappearing, and the failure alert says what stopped and where. Nothing is silently dropped, which is more than most manual chains can say.

Pricing, scoped to your engagement

Every engagement is quoted in writing at the scoping stage, against your volume and your systems. The order request takes a few minutes and gives us what we need to scope accurately; if the investment does not make sense at your size, we will tell you on the first call.
