AI Voice & Chat Agents

Every call answered. Every lead kept.

Every call answered, every lead qualified, around the clock.

The challenge

Calls come in while you are on the other line, on a job, or asleep. The caller does not leave a voicemail; they call the next name on the list. You paid to make the phone ring and the ring is where the money stopped.

Web chat has the same hole on a different channel: the visitor with a question at 9 p.m. buys from whoever answers at 9 p.m.

What we deliver

A voice agent on your number

It answers in your business’s name, handles the questions with known answers, books the appointment against your real calendar, and takes a structured message for everything else.

Chat with the same brain

The same knowledge and the same booking access on your website, so the answer a visitor gets at midnight matches the one your desk gives at noon.

Qualification before handoff

The agent asks the questions you would ask first, so what reaches a human is a qualified lead with the details attached rather than a name and a number.

Clean handoffs and transcripts

Anything the agent cannot or should not handle transfers to a person or books a callback, with the full transcript logged to the contact record.

Integration with your systems

The system works inside the technology you already run. These are the classes of system it connects with; the named list for your exact stack is confirmed in the scoping document.

Connects with

  • Phone systems and telephony
  • Calendars and scheduling
  • Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Helpdesk and ticketing
  • Website chat
  • Messaging channels

Case studies

Our case studies are published on the VSI Technologies site, where every figure carries its source, period and method of calculation.

Implementation timeline

Four weeks from scoping to production, including what we need from you at each step.

  1. 01Week 1

    Scope

We map the process, the volumes and the systems it touches, then fix the price and the boundary of what the system may do on its own.

You provide: An hour with the person who owns the process, and a list of the systems involved.

  2. 02Week 2

    Build

The system is built against your real data in a staging environment, connected to copies or sandboxes of your systems.

You provide: Sample records and one person empowered to answer questions inside a day.

  3. 03Week 3

    Prove

It runs alongside the manual process. We compare outputs, tune the exceptions, and review the log together.

You provide: Feedback on the exceptions the log surfaces.

  4. 04Week 4

    Ship

Production cutover with monitoring, alerting and the kill switch live, plus handover training for your team.

You provide: The go decision, made on the evidence from week three.

Frequently asked questions

Will callers hate talking to a machine?
Callers hate not being answered. The agent identifies itself, resolves the reasons people actually call, and hands anything sensitive to a person. The comparison is not against your best receptionist; it is against the voicemail nobody leaves.
What if it gives a caller wrong information?
It answers from a knowledge base you approve, and says so when a question falls outside it rather than improvising. You review transcripts, correct the knowledge, and the correction holds for every future call.
We already pay an answering service.
An answering service takes messages. This one resolves the call: books it, qualifies it, writes it into your systems, and never has a shift change. Compare what each leaves for you to do the next morning.

Pricing, scoped to your engagement

Every engagement is quoted in writing at the scoping stage, against your volume and your systems. The order request takes a few minutes and gives us what we need to scope accurately; if the investment does not make sense at your size, we will tell you on the first call.
