Revenue Intelligence

Know the quarter before it ends.

Opportunities, at-risk accounts and pipeline, surfaced before you ask.

The challenge

The numbers that decide your quarter live in four systems and one spreadsheet, and by the time someone assembles them into a report, they describe last month. Deals stall silently. Accounts go quiet before they leave. You find out at renewal.

Running an operation on lagging numbers means every correction comes late and costs more than it needed to.

What we deliver

One live picture of revenue

Pipeline, bookings, renewals and receivables pulled from the systems that hold them into one view that is current, not reconstructed after the fact.

At-risk flags with reasons

Accounts and deals flagged on the signals you choose: silence, slipped dates, shrinking orders, unpaid invoices. Each flag carries the evidence, not just an alert.

Opportunity surfacing

The customers due for reorder, the quotes that never closed, the segments quietly growing. The follow-up list writes itself instead of depending on someone’s memory.

Answers on demand

Questions about the pipeline answered from live data, in plain language, without waiting for whoever owns the spreadsheet.

Integration with your systems

The system works inside the technology you already run. These are the classes of system it connects with; the named list for your exact stack is confirmed in the scoping document.

Connects with

  • Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Accounting and invoicing
  • E-commerce and point of sale
  • Email and calendars
  • Spreadsheets and databases
  • Support and ticketing

Case studies

Our case studies are published on the VSI Technologies site, where every figure carries its source, period and method of calculation.

Implementation timeline

Four weeks from scoping to production, including what we need from you at each step.

  1. 01Week 1

    Scope

We map the process, the volumes and the systems it touches, then fix the price and the boundary of what the system may do on its own.

You provide: An hour with the person who owns the process, and a list of the systems involved.

  2. 02Week 2

    Build

The system is built against your real data in a staging environment, connected to copies or sandboxes of your systems.

You provide: Sample records and one person empowered to answer questions inside a day.

  3. 03Week 3

    Prove

It runs alongside the manual process. We compare outputs, tune the exceptions, and review the log together.

You provide: Feedback on the exceptions the log surfaces.

  4. 04Week 4

    Ship

Production cutover with monitoring, alerting and the kill switch live, plus handover training for your team.

You provide: The go decision, made on the evidence from week three.

Frequently asked questions

Our CRM is half empty. Will this just report on bad data?
Partly, at first, and it will show you exactly where the gaps are, which is what gets them filled. Most of the signal also comes from systems that are already accurate because money moves through them: invoices, orders, calendars.
How is this different from the dashboards our tools already have?
Each tool reports on itself. The picture that matters sits across them: the deal in the CRM, the invoice in accounting, the silence in the inbox. This system joins those, which is the part no single tool’s dashboard can do.
Who sees these numbers?
Access follows the rules you set, per view and per person. Revenue data is among the most sensitive you hold; scoping defines who sees what before anything is connected.

Pricing, scoped to your engagement

Every engagement is quoted in writing at the scoping stage, against your volume and your systems. The order request takes a few minutes and gives us what we need to scope accurately; if the investment does not make sense at your size, we will tell you on the first call.
