Workflow Automation

The busywork, off your team.

Data entry, approvals, reporting, billing and onboarding, done by software.

The challenge

Your best people spend their afternoons re-keying what one system already knows into another system that should know it: invoices into accounting, orders into spreadsheets, updates into status reports nobody reads until they are wrong.

The cost is not only the hours. Hand-copied data drifts, and every drift is a decision made later on a number that was wrong at the source.

What we deliver

Automations on the process you already run

We map how the work actually moves, not how the org chart says it does, and automate the transfer, the check and the chase. The process stays yours; the keystrokes stop being yours.

Approvals that move

Requests route to the right approver with the context attached, escalate when they sit, and write the outcome back where the next step can see it.

Reports that assemble themselves

The numbers your Monday meeting needs, pulled from the systems that hold them, on the schedule you set. Nobody spends Sunday night building a deck.

Onboarding and billing runs

The repeatable sequences with the highest cost of a missed step: accounts created, welcome sequences sent, invoices raised and reconciled, every step confirmed.

Integration with your systems

The system works inside the technology you already run. These are the classes of system it connects with; the named list for your exact stack is confirmed in the scoping document.

Connects with

  • Accounting and invoicing
  • Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Spreadsheets and databases
  • Email and messaging
  • Project and task management
  • E-commerce and payments

Implementation timeline

Four weeks from scoping to production, including what we need from you at each step.

  1. 01Week 1

    Scope

We map the process, the volumes and the systems it touches, then fix the price and the boundary of what the system may do on its own.

You provide: An hour with the person who owns the process, and a list of the systems involved.

  2. 02Week 2

    Build

The system is built against your real data in a staging environment, connected to copies or sandboxes of your systems.

You provide: Sample records and one person empowered to answer questions inside a day.

  3. 03Week 3

    Prove

It runs alongside the manual process. We compare outputs, tune the exceptions, and review the log together.

You provide: Feedback on the exceptions the log surfaces.

  4. 04Week 4

    Ship

Production cutover with monitoring, alerting and the kill switch live, plus handover training for your team.

You provide: The go decision, made on the evidence from week three.

Frequently asked questions

We have tried automation tools before and they quietly stopped working.
Unowned automations rot; that is a maintenance problem, not an automation problem. What we deploy is monitored, alerts when a connected system changes, and comes with support after it ships. You will know it stopped before your customers do.
Our data is a mess. Should we clean it first?
No. The scoping pass tells us where the mess actually blocks the work, and the automation is often the thing that stops the mess from regrowing. Waiting for clean data is how this project stays on next year’s list.
Will my team have to learn new software?
The work lands in the tools they already use. The point is fewer screens in their day, not one more.

Pricing, scoped to your engagement

Every engagement is quoted in writing at the scoping stage, against your volume and your systems. The order request takes a few minutes and gives us what we need to scope accurately; if the investment does not make sense at your size, we will tell you on the first call.
